Drawing evidence

1986 Rookie Icon Graded Card Raffle

Drawings are held in person only. This page records how the entry list was sealed, how many physical stubs went into the container, who witnessed the draw, and who approved the result.

Every paid ticket is matched to a numbered physical ticket stub. The physical stubs are the entries placed in the drawing container; the digital roster and its SHA-256 hash are a supplementary audit record, not a replacement for stubs.

The drawing

This drawing has not been held and approved yet. Nothing is published here until an administrator records the in-person result and a separate independent auditor approves it. Scheduled for Sep 2, 2026, 8:19 PM EDT at Harborline Youth Foundation community room, 118 Harbor St, Milford, CT (in person only).

Evidence on file

Drawing evidence will be retained by the nonprofit sponsor once the draw is held. Evidence files are held privately because they can show purchaser handwriting and other personal information; they are produced to the municipal permit authority and to the independent auditor on request, and redacted copies are provided to a winner disputing a result.

Ticket batch releases

No additional batches have been released. Authorized maximum: 30,000 tickets.

Two-person control

The person who records a drawing result can never approve it. Approval is performed by a separate independent auditor account, and either party may reject a result. Only after approval does the winning ticket code become public.

Demonstration only — no tickets are for sale and no payments are accepted. Raffles will be conducted under a municipal raffle permit issued by the City of Milford, Connecticut and held by the nonprofit operator. Ticket purchases are not tax-deductible. Winners must provide ID and IRS Form W-9 before a prize is released. Need-not-be-present-to-win. Void where prohibited.
