Where the money goes: Ticket revenue first pays prize costs and payment-processing fees. 100% of the remaining net proceeds go to the nonprofit. Actual amounts are published after every drawing — no fixed percentage of gross sales is promised. Purpose: Youth sports equipment, scholarships, and field access for Milford-area families.

Before any ticket is sold

· Municipal raffle permit pending — City of Milford, Connecticut.
· Ticket sales stay disabled until the nonprofit has written approval from its payment processor to accept raffle payments.
· Every paid ticket is matched to a numbered physical ticket stub. The physical stubs are the entries placed in the drawing container; the digital roster and its SHA-256 hash are a supplementary audit record, not a replacement for stubs.
· Tickets may be purchased only by individuals who are physically located in Connecticut and are 18 or older at the time of purchase. A ticket purchase is required to enter. Void where prohibited.

Before a prize is released, the winner must provide government-issued ID and a completed IRS Form W-9. Where the prize value meets federal reporting thresholds, the nonprofit will issue IRS Form W-2G or Form 1099 and may be required to collect withholding from the winner.

No drawing is ever conducted online. All drawings take place in person at the posted location and time, using the numbered physical ticket stubs.

The Lovely Lemon LLC is a Connecticut for-profit social-impact business. It is not a tax-exempt charitable organization. The Lovely Lemon supports community organizations through commercial co-ventures, disclosed donations, sponsorships, products, events, and approved service partnerships.

During active charitable sales promotions, The Lovely Lemon LLC donates 30% of gross qualifying sales of the identified products or services — excluding sales tax, refunds, raffle tickets, and delivery charges — to the named nonprofit. Each promotion is governed by a written agreement between The Lovely Lemon LLC and the nonprofit, and its start date, end date, qualifying products, and recipient are published here while the promotion runs.
